The Scuderi Group gathered once again on center court at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass. Held for the second time since last June, the meeting on February 27 provided members with a full update on the development of the Scuderi Air-Hybrid Engine and the general direction of the Scuderi Group, LLC.
Sal Scuderi, president of the Scuderi Group (at right), gave progress reports on the key areas of the business, including updates on the developments of the prototypes, licensee talks, technology advances, and financial points. He reviewed ongoing licensee negotiations in Europe, India, Asia, and the U.S. with automotive and non-automotive OEMs that have shown interest in the Scuderi engine technology. Sal also walked the crowd through the important technological components of the air-hybrid engine prototypes as well as presenting some of the new technology advances. Following the presentations, Sal led an informative Q&A session where audience members had the chance to ask specific questions and get further details.
“With all the great progress we’ve been making – in all areas – it was exciting to finally report the enormous momentum we have gained,” commented Sal. “We received great feedback and many thoughtful comments on what an active and busy year this is turning out to be.”
With a busy marketing and engineering schedule mapped out, the Scuderi Group will be exhibiting in April at the Society of Automotive Engineers World Congress in Detroit and then moving on to Engine Expo in Stuttgart, Germany, where the recent advances of the air-hybrid engine will be presented to the European market.
