West Springfield, Massachusetts, USA / Munich – June 4th 2008 – At the MTZ conference Motor 2008 the Scuderi Group will present the recent progress in developing the patent-registered Air-Hybrid-Engine. The Scuderi Air-Hybrid-Engine is expected to be the world’s most fuel-efficient internal combustion engine.
By attending the MTZ conference 2008 in Munich the Scuderi Group emphasizes its commitment to the German market. “The MTZ conference gives us the great opportunity to exchange thoughts about the Scuderi engine with experienced experts from the automotive industry,” said Lutz Deyerling, Vice President of European Operations of the Scuderi Group. “Especially in Germany we meet experts and potential partners that support our innovative invention.“ One of Scuderi’s closest official partners is Bosch Engineering.
Ambassadors of the automotive industry and science present their methods of resolution under the name “Tomorrow’s type of drive“ at the Deutsches Museum Flugwerft Schleißheim. Focus of the discussion lies on the topic “reduction of fuel consumption and enhancing the effectiveness”. Both objectives are key topics of the Scuderi Air-Hybrid-Engine. An independent laboratory confirmed recently that the split cycle and valve unit achieve or even exceed all prognoses of current computer simulations. Those studies verified that with its groundbreaking split cycle arrangement the Scuderi engine achieves a fuel effectiveness and performance enhancement like no engine before. The engine emits 80 percent less nitrogen oxides (NOx) compared to conventional and hybrid engines. Scuderi is planning on presenting one of the world’s first prototypes by the end of this year.
“At the Engine Expo in Stuttgart we already had the chance to surprise engineers from all over Europe with the positive development of our models. We’re looking forward to getting more credit for our invention and to holding lots of productive discussions with renowned German experts at the MTZ conference in Munich“, said Sal Scuderi, president of the Scuderi Group.
